| What's New! | April 22,
2008 - Upcoming Shows. I have several exhibitions/event in the next six weeks. "Faces of Hope" Show at the Steckline Gallery at Newman University in Wichita, April 25 - May 16. The show is part of a fund-raising campaign for United Methodist Open Door - a non-profit organization providing food, clothing and shelter to those in need. I have five pieces in the show. The opening reception is Friday, April 25, from 5 pm until 7 pm. "Kansas Natural Heritage" Show at The Gallery at Interfaith Ministries, 917 N Market, in Wichita runs May 2 - July 1. I have ten pieces, including six larger panoramics, in the show. "Art and Book Fair" at Wichita's Century II Exhibition Hall Saturday and Sunday, May 10-11. This is the 49th annual fair presented by the Friends of the Wichita Art Museum. I'll be in the (cool) indoor exhibit area and would enjoy meeting you. |

2008 - Art at the Arb this weekend. I will be exhibiting this coming weekend (April 19-20) at Art at the Arb at the Bartlett Arboretum in Belle Plaine, Kansas. In addition to us artists, you will have access to two days of music, including Jenny Lou and the Buckaroos, The Medicine River Boys, The Farm Couple, and Robin Macy. Look for me in the Garaj Mahal. |

April 12, 2008 - What's New changes. The old "What's New" pages are gone. In their place, the notices of upcoming events will appear right here. The newest images on my website will now be on the On-line Images pages with all the other images. The image thumbnails are sorted newest-to-oldest for each category of images. Just be aware that the date used by the sort is the date I took the photo, not the date it was added to the site. You can also sort the thumbs oldest to newest, or alphabetically by title. As many have pointed out to me, the website is somewhat out of date (the most recent image is dated Oct 18, 2005!), but I can now add new images with minimal effort. The behind-the-scenes code that generates these new gallery pages will allow me to build new image pages by simply uploading the images and making simple changes to a database. |
